Answers to common questions about how Evidence Intelligence works.

How does Evidence Intelligence analyze a case?

Upload the documents for a case, then run analysis. The engine extracts claims and evidence from each source, links them together, and flags contradictions, unsupported claims, and gaps in coverage — every result traces back to the exact source document and excerpt it came from.

What does the Evidence Score mean?

It summarizes how well a case is currently supported by its evidence — combining how many claims are backed by evidence, the quality of that evidence, and how many contradictions or gaps remain. It updates automatically each time you re-run analysis.

What file types are supported?

PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, PNG, and JPG. Each upload is verified against its actual file signature, not just its extension.

Is data isolated between organizations?

Yes. Every case, file, and analysis result is scoped to your organization — there is no cross-organization access to cases, evidence, or reports.

Can I export a case as a report?

Yes — from a case's Reports tab, generate a PDF report with the full evidence lineage (source → evidence → claim → finding), not just a summary screenshot.

How do I connect the Chrome extension or Shopify?

Generate an API key from Settings → Integrations once signed in. The Chrome extension and Shopify app both use that key to act on your organization's behalf — you can revoke it at any time.
